KINI Cold Storage Product and Services

Kini Cold Storage ready to serve you to build Cold Storage (Chiller Room / Freezer Room), service and maintenance. Our service including maintenance and repair for refrigeration display case. We will serve you with fully concern to reach customer satisfaction with high quality and performance.

Chiller Room with range temperature in the between 1 s/d 7 deg C,to store foods items such as fresh food, vegetables, fruits and can be stored until 2 month. This Cold room can use as thawing room for food industries while temperature setting adjusted in the between 7 deg C to 10 deg C.

Freezer Room with range temperature in the between -25 deg C s/d - 15 deg C, for store fish, meet, chicken, sosis, milk, cheese and another items which is required to store in this temperature range.

Thawing Room used to increase temperature frozen meet, chicken and fish to 7 - 10 deg C before cook or tumbling process, in the food industries.


Specification:

A. Refrigeration
Condenser
Condenser will be selected base on required cooling load. Available all kind af compressor such as hermetic, semi hermetic and open type. We recommended to use compressor brands Bitzer (Germany) and tecumseh (France) while small capacity between 2 and 3 HP.

Evaporator
Selected base on cooling load. We recommended brand Friga Bohn (Germany) and Searle (England).

Control
Refrigeration system controlled by digital. System control completed with three phase control. While 1 phase of electrical supply is not available for three phase compressor systems, Compressor will not run. We provided the maximum safety to make sure the system running well and safe while one part fail to work.

Safety:
1. Door can open from both sides, out side and in side.
2. Push button emergency switch. While some body trap inside cold storage and could not open the door just push emergency button, emergency light will blinking and siren will sounding.

B. Electrical and controls.
Controller and safety organized and all of them links to a Panel Box. The follwing controls are installed in the electrical panel box control:
Digital Temperature control. This control to show themperature inside cold storage and to maintain temperature always as required setting.
MCB (Magnetic Contact Breaker) : To safe compressor while fan failure or if a short circuit appear in the cabling systems. MCB will cut electric supply to parts of the unit.
Phase Failure safety. This control will maintain all of 3 phase electrical system present all, if one of the phase missing, the control will stop electric to compressor and motor. Unit will not run and compressor and motor will safe.

Mechanical controls.
Mechanical control have to install to prevent compressor and expansion valve damage.
HLP (high Low Pressure) control. This control installed to control refrigerant pressure in the system as required. It's will prevent compressor continuous running because less refrigerant (pipe are leaking), solenoid valve not working/failure to open, and to stop compressor while over charging, condenser fan failure to run, etc.
Solenoid Valve, to maintain liquid refrigerant entering and accumulated in the evaporator while unit/system off. Liquid refrigerant while enter compressor will damage compressor mechanic.
Filter drier. Filter drier will prevent expansion valve from dust and small item running in piping system. Dust will damage expansion valve or stuck up there and reduce expansion valve performance or damaging expansion valve.
Accumulator (additional). Accumulator installed to prevent liquid refrigerant entering compressor. If compressor and solenoid valve are become old and have leaking in the valve, liquid refrigerant may accumulated in evaporator. To prevent liquid refrigerant entering compressor while starting time, accumulator installed to allow refrigerant gas only enter evaporator. Another case While evaporator heater not working, ice will formulated in the evaporator coil and reduce heat transfer. liquid Refrigerant may entering compressor because not enough heat load to change liquid refrigerant into gas.
Sigh Glass, to show wet or dry refrigerant in the system. Refrigerant become wet it will make acidity in the system, and will make corrosion inside the piping system.
Heater. There are 4 kind of heaters: Evaporator heater, drain pan heater, drain heater and door heater.
Evaporator heater, it will defrosting ice formulated in the evaporator coil.
Drain Pan Heater, it will prevent water not frosting in the drain pan while defrost.
Drain heater, it will prevent water frosted in drain pipe, and to allow drain water flow freely while defrost time.
Door Heater, it is will heat side of the door to prevent ice formulated in the side of the door. Formulated ice in the door will stick the door to the door frame, and the door will hard to open.
